Beef and Tomato Stir Fry


500g Flank Steak
1 Large Tomato
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Pepper
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup of Corn Starch


Slice the flank steak into thin strips and place in a mixing bowl.  Combine Salt, Pepper and Cornstarch, mix well and set aside.

Roughly chop Onion and Garlic and cut the tomato into wedges.

Set stove to high heat, and add the beef.  When the beef is about 90% done, remove from the pan and add in the Onions, Garlic and tomato.  Cook for about 5 mins or when the onions just begin to become soft and translucent then add back the beef and cook for about 2 mins.  Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil.

Serve with white rice.
