Spaghetti Noodle Salad

 

Ingredients

  • ounces Spaghetti pasta
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup matchstick zuchinni
  • 1 cup matchstick cucumber

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  • cook spaghetti al dente, drain and cool immediately
